That’s funny, rb, I was thinking the same thing on the drive home yesterday.

I don’t know who’s idea it was originally to shift DST, but I wouldn’t doubt that next year or sooner the reason touted for the change will be global warming.

Do you suppose they have stretched out daylight savings time by a few months, not to conserve power (as we now learn was negligible at best) but to influence their agenda on global warming. Summer just starts this week, and in my mind it feels like it should have been over months ago. Just a thought.

don’t worry.

when they get the laws instituted, they’ll then look back at the cooling data, and pat themselves on the back that they have had an impact, but, of course, much more will have to be done.
