Just how much brain do you need? Could you use that space for something else?

At Mindful Hack I have put up some information from a neurosurgeon on what the mind obviously isn’t – merely the brain.

Amazing stuff, and certainly stuff you won’t hear from materialist cognitive scientist Steven Pinker, who has discovered questions that he thinks are “dangerous”, but I have no idea why.

Today, non-materialism is dangerous. The rest is mostly lining for the floor of the bird cage.

A similar story is published here: www.thelancet.com It's about a French surgeon, Lionel Feuillet (Timone hospital, Marseille, France), that discovered a very tiny brain during a CAT scan... Of course, everybody was shocked to see how little brain is needed for a 75 IQ score... Even if 75 is quite a low score, it didn't prevent the 44 years old man to have an absolutely normal life...Sladjo

O Leary, That article on Penfield was interesting. Very Creepy but very interesting. Talking to someone while cutting part of their brain out reminds me of that Hannibal Lector movie. It definitely proves the mind/brain dualism but it gives me the willies just thinking about it LOL.bornagain77
