SHE’S GOT NO BRAIN
By Jim RogersLittle machines that go
Integrated just so
Blueprint incognito
What makes it growPut together so fine
Personalities shine
Words of poetry rhyme
How can you know
What a wonder it isIt’s a silly thing to think we’re dumber
Than Mother Nature who’s got no brain
For evolution it’s quite the bummer
Because she can’t explain
What clearly needs a brain
Mother Nature’s got no brainNanotechnology
In cell biology
Professors eulogize
It’s Darwin I surmiseDNA transcription
Protein configuration
Gene translocation
Godly revelation
What a wonder it isIt’s a silly thing to think we’re dumber
Than Mother Nature who’s got no brain
For evolution it’s quite the bummer
Because she can’t explain
What clearly needs a brain
Mother Nature’s got no brainAre we just animals
Roaming the streets because
Some textbook said it was
What we should beI know there’s more to life
It’s evident despite
Go see the stars at night
There in plain sightIt’s a silly thing to think we’re dumber
Than Mother Nature who’s got no brain
For evolution it’s quite the bummer
Because she can’t explain
What clearly needs a brain
Mother Nature’s got no brain

Mommy, make the bad man stop.
Great lyrics.
Not so good music.
Maybe I’ll grab my acoustic guitar and make something a little bit more pleasing to ears.
Holy crap, when I get the chance I should remix that and post it on ID and the arts.
Just saving up for a Kaoss pad first…
Thanks for putting the lyrics up, because, the only way the singing could have been worse is if I had sung it.
That’s a…umm…an interesting song.
My only quibble is that ‘brain’ should be replaced by ‘mind.’ (Does God have a brain? He certainly must have a mind!)
