Maybe lots of Americans are sick of politics as if celeb TV hair models are the voters? When people trash Santorum, it is for what he actually thinks, not for some compromise he made, to stay popular.
It is easier to disagree with – as well as agree with – someone who is saying what he really thinks.
Saves a lot of trouble in the long run. Just a thought.
