Pharyngula Again
PharyngulaWatch
MAJeff doesn’t quite rise up to the frackin’ cracker author himself but we have to give him credit for trying.
Who is MAJeff? Anyone? Bueller?

It appears to be beyond 1 chance in 10^150 that it isn’t the same MAJeff who posts on DailyKos whose full name is Jeffrey Langstraat.

I was undecided about approving the above comment until I thought about Olegs’ outing of Galapagos Finch then the old rule: “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander” came to mind. “Chickens coming home to roost” might be apt too.

Unfortunate.
Look to the high road.

Ugh — you can’t make people do this to themselves.
How do you get one of the most potent anti-ID blog hosts to completely flip out, and develop a version of anti-religious Tourette syndrome?

Ted Davis,
If I gotta be associated with people I don’t agree with I really, really, really prefer the YECs to the likes of those found at Pharyngula. But hey, if Pharyngula is more your style and that of the ASA, knock yourselves out. Just don’t drop the soap, if you know what I mean.

I don’t know why anyone bothers reading Pharyngula…it’s not like they provide anything interesting/challenging to ID proponents.

Why on earth should UCD take any interest in a guest post on Pharyngula that has nothing to do with anything about ID?
I have met MAJeff. He is a Sociology professor at a university in Mass. (I don’t remember which one.) He was hosting/organizing a “Pharyngulafest” in the Cambridge/Boston area. He is an interesting, intelligent, educated, pleasant person and a gracious host.
I had a great time at the ‘fest though I didn’t really feel like I fit in with the crowd (so to speak.)
