"If 95% of the world believes in some ‘higher power’ and evolution chose that trait then what’s all the fuss about?"

Obviously, they are just responding in a way that will help promulgate their own selfish, materialist gene.

bFast,

That's what I want to know. If 95% of the world believes in some 'higher power' and evolution chose that trait then what's all the fuss about?

I'm stuck at home today looking after my two sick, and very willing to complain about it, girls.

Thanks for putting a little sunshine into my morning. This was more effective at perking me up than a pot of coffee.

BTW, in a darwinian, purposeless world, it would seem that religiocity is a darwinian product. As such, considering that there is no meaning anyway, why should scientists be at war with this clearly selected trait?
